yaaka
The serene club OS
Run your club from your phone, with a calm head.
Yaaka keeps a club's register, its people and its season in one place: who is a member, who has paid, whose certificate expires — and what needs a look this week.
Why
The questions a committee asks every week, answered in one glance.
Who is in the club — and who still owes the season's fee?
One register for members, parents and households; fees with Swiss QR-bills, reminders that write themselves.
Which certificates and consents expire soon?
Medical sheets, photo consents and emergency contacts that expire out loud — before the tournament, not after.
Who is coming on Saturday?
Convocations with one-tap replies, announcements to exactly the right group — no group chat, no lost message.
How it works
Live in an afternoon
We open your club's own address
yourclub.yaaka.ch, your committee's seats, your colours — done with you.
You bring the register
Import your spreadsheet or your previous tool's export. Members and parents sign in with their e-mail — no password, ever.
The season runs itself
Fees, certificates, convocations and documents in one place, on every phone; the committee sees what needs a look, and only that.
Built for volunteers
Hosted in Switzerland. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no password to forget. Your data stays your association's, exportable at any time.
